所要時間はどれくらいですか？ What is the required time?

括りから染めまでで約2時間ほどです。最初の糸入れから行う場合は3時間程度かかります。 It takes about two hours from tying to dyeing.
If you start from the first step of wrapping the thread, it will take around three hours.

年齢制限はありますか？ Are there any age restrictions?

特に制限はございません。ただし、糸を使った細かい作業が多いため、小さなお子さまやご高齢の方はサポートが必要になる場合があります。 There are no particular restrictions. However, since there is a lot of detailed work involving thread, young children and the elderly may need assistance.

外国人観光客も参加できますか？ Can foreign tourists participate?

はい、可能です。翻訳アプリを活用しながらご案内いたします。 Yes, you can.
We will assist you using a translation app.

持ち物は必要ですか？ Do I need to bring anything?

特別な持ち物は不要です。必要な道具はこちらでご用意いたします。 You don't need to bring anything special. We will provide all the necessary tools.

服装に注意は必要ですか？ Do I need to be mindful of my clothing?

染料が飛ぶことがありますので、汚れても良い服装をおすすめします。エプロンもご用意しています。 We recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting stained, as dyes may splash. We also have aprons available.

車椅子やベビーカーで参加できますか？ Can I participate with a wheelchair or stroller?

申し訳ありません。入り口に段差があるため、現在は車椅子でのご利用には対応しておりません。 We apologize, but we are currently unable to accommodate wheelchairs due to a step at the entrance.

予約はいつまでに必要ですか？ How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

体験日の3日前12時までにご予約ください。 Please make your reservation by noon, three days before your desired experience date.

当日予約はできますか？ Can I make a reservation on the same day?

準備の都合上、当日予約には対応しておりません。 Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same-day reservations due to preparation requirements.

キャンセルや日程変更は可能ですか？ Is it possible to cancel or change the date?

可能です。ただしオンライン事前決済のため、開催3日前を過ぎるとキャンセル料が発生します。 Yes,you can.
However, since payment is made in advance online, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel less than three days before the event.

団体での参加はできますか？ Can we participate as a group?

最大4名までご参加いただけます。他の団体と重なる場合はお断りすることがあります。 A maximum of 4 people can participate.
We may have to decline if the reservation overlaps with another group.

修学旅行や企業研修での利用は可能ですか？ Can the experience be used for school trips or corporate training?

空きがあれば対応可能ですが、オンライン事前決済制のため、修学旅行でのご利用は難しい場合がございます。 We can accommodate you if there is availability. However, since payment is handled online in advance, it may be difficult to arrange for a school trip.

作れる作品は何がありますか？ What kind of items can I make?

バンダナ・手ぬぐい・Tシャツからお選びいただけます。 You can choose from a bandana, a tenugui (Japanese hand towel), or a T-shirt.

出来上がった作品はその日に持ち帰れますか？ Can I take the finished piece home on the same day?

はい、そのままお持ち帰りいただけます。ただし完全に乾いていない場合はビニール袋に入れてお渡しいたします。 Yes, you can take it home with you on the same day. However, if it's not completely dry, we will put it in a plastic bag for you.

郵送もできますか？ Can you also ship it?

後日郵送も可能です（別途送料がかかります）。 Yes, we can also ship it on a later date, but only within Japan (a separate shipping fee will apply).

初めてでも大丈夫ですか？ Can a beginner participate?

もちろん大丈夫です！ほとんどの方が初めてですが、職人の技の奥深さを楽しみながらご体験いただけます。 Of course!
Most participants are first-timers, but you can still enjoy the profound artistry of the craft while you experience it.

複数アイテムを作れますか？ Can I make multiple items?

基本的には1作品でちょうど良い時間となります。熟練の方であれば複数制作も可能です。 We've found that one piece is the perfect amount of time for a good experience.
However, if you're an experienced craftsman, it is possible to create more.

駐車場はありますか？ Is there a parking lot?

専用駐車場はございません。近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。 We do not have a dedicated parking lot.
Please use the coin-operated parking lots in the vicinity.

アクセス方法を教えてください。 Could you tell me how to get to your location?

最寄りのバス停から徒歩約5分、阪急西院駅から徒歩約10分です。 It's about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and a 10-minute walk from Hankyu Saiin Station.

雨の日でも体験できますか？ Can I participate on a rainy day?

はい、問題なくご参加いただけます。 Yes, you can participate on a rainy day.

荷物は預けられますか？ Can I store my luggage?

玄関の土間または体験場所付近に置いていただけます。 You can leave it at the entrance area or near the workshop space.
